Property Intel Zimbabwe was founded to solve a specific problem: every property tool available to Zimbabwean buyers, agents and valuers was either a foreign platform with no local data, or a manual spreadsheet passed between professionals. Neither produced reliable, defensible answers for ZW market conditions.
IntelVAL is a hybrid hedonic and statistical model, AI assisted. Each value estimate comes as a range and says how sure PI is, and the tools respect the Valuers Act [Chapter 27:18] and IVS: a value estimate is not a valuation by a registered valuer.
We work alongside VCZ-registered valuers (not against them) - the IVS Report Builder is designed to give registered valuers AI-assisted drafting while keeping the regulated sign-off workflow intact. For institutions, the same tools support value estimates and feasibility studies.
