If you upload a finishes schedule alongside, the tool reads it and overrides the spec-pack defaults with your actual specified finishes.
Output is a detailed cost breakdown per room - what each room costs, why, and what the total project comes to. The Pro tier supports multi-sheet drawing packs (cover + ground floor + first floor + elevations + schedule), unioning rooms across floors and pulling finish data from the schedule sheet.
