Each listing shows the checks PI made and the date of each: identity, company registration, membership of a trade body, references called and past work seen. Only checks PI recorded are shown, and a professional with no jobs through PI yet says so.

Where PI has no checked builder in a town yet, it says so and lets you ask to be told when there is one.
When a Property Intel tool says to see a registered professional - a valuer for a formal valuation, a quantity surveyor for cost certification - this is where PI lists the ones it has checked. The directory is still growing, so not every profession is listed yet. PI never lists lawyers or conveyancers: Zimbabwe lawyers may not advertise, so for a title transfer choose one on the Law Society of Zimbabwe's Find A Lawyer directory.
Where a profession is not listed, check a professional yourself with the body that keeps the register: the Valuers Council of Zimbabwe, the Estate Agents Council of Zimbabwe, the Law Society of Zimbabwe, the Engineering Council of Zimbabwe or the Zimbabwe Institute of Architects.
